Very nice large grand piano, in excellent condition - we have professionally buffed and polished the cabinet.  As part of the reconditioning we put our used pianos through, we also perform a thorough interior cleaning and action regulation (including but not limited to adjustment of the hammerline, key level, key dip and more).  This model is widely regarded as among the best Kimball built - while built by Kimball in the U.S., I understand they were built to Bosendorfer plans, for a period of time Bosendorfer and Kimball were owned by the same company.  It is NOT a Bosendorfer, but is a great piano for the money.  I found a number of reviews online, do an online search for "Kimball Viennese grand piano".  Matching bench included.

• Service:  How many of us have purchased an item, and upon opening the box are greeted with a notice that says not to return the item to the store if there's a problem, but instead to send it back to the manufacturer?  Many stores that sell you musical products cannot service them, or even tell you anything about using them.  If you have a problem, we want to know and we will correct it.  We do everything from minor repairs to complete restorations - when you buy a piano from us you purchase from a company that knows pianos.

• Warranty:  For customers inside our 100 mile service radius we warrant our reconditioned used pianos for between 1 and 5 years (depending on condition/price) - most are warranted in writing for 2 years.

• TradeBack Guarantee:  Buy an acoustic piano from us and you can trade it back in, anytime in the future, for the full amount paid toward another acoustic piano of greater value and pay only the difference in price (plus moving if you are outside our free delivery radius).  You must have kept the piano in the condition it was sold in, normal wear and tear excepted.

• Delivery & Tuning:  Inside our 100 mile service radius, ground floor delivery and tuning are included in the price.
