New, 10 year factory warranty, factory matching bench included. Solid spruce soundboard. Best sound I've heard from a small grand. Delivery is included within a 100 mile radius, as is in-home tuning which should be done about two weeks after delivery to give the piano time to acclimate to the new environment. Wonderful instrument for any player. Gorgeous cabinet, will definitely be the centerpiece in the room it is placed in.
DIMENSIONS: This piano is 4' 11.5" long (59.5"), 58" wide and 40" tall with the lid down (69" tall with the lid raised to its tallest point)
